1. About EdgeTrack Lab

EdgeTrack Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software-as-a-service platform providing statistical analysis and integrity tools for casino table games. It is an operational tool intended for use by licensed casino operators, surveillance teams, and gaming integrity professionals. EdgeTrack Lab is not a gambling system, prediction tool, or advantage-play aid.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EdgeTrack Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are arranged with us directly and billed by invoice on a recurring monthly or annual basis; pricing is quoted at the time of enquiry. Where a plan is billed through Stripe, the billing portal on your Account page is available for managing it; otherwise contact us to change or end a plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use EdgeTrack Lab as a gambling prediction or advantage-play tool
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or gaming regulation

7. Data and privacy

Your use of EdgeTrack Lab is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

EdgeTrack Lab and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright. All operational data you enter — including game records, statistical results, and analytical configurations — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. Upon account deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

EdgeTrack Lab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
